Very nicely captured. I love night time photography it's a great art in my opinion to get the balance right. If anything I would say this was taken a bit too late. It could do with some natural light left in the sky just to enhance the top of the composition. Might crop the right hand side a bit too there's a annoying bit of light on the bottom right which distracts a little. All very piccy really because I do think it's a really good image.
