Lovely use of light and shadow to provide depth. The composition is strong and i like the visible submerged rocks in the fg.

Thanks everyone for your comments and yes Barbara I use a tripod 99.9% of the time, as I nearly always have a ND4, ND8 or polariser on my lens! Typically these shots are about 1-2 secs thanks again

Very possibly the best one I've seen of Wastwater to date. Stunning clarity, lovely rich colours and perfectly even exposure.
