Despite the apparent overcast, this iconic boathouse looks to be very nicely 'illuminated', Mike, and it and it's reflection in the still calm have been captured in such a pleasing composition, the detail and colours of course top notch.
Guess this one will do very well for you.

Excellent composition Mike, and the colour really zings. Gives it a lovely depth on the reflection.
