Aha! I recognise this! I'm quite fond of these statues. The lady looks like she's standing on the top of the building.
A good take on this.
This must have been at the crack of dawn as there isn't a Cappucino poser in sight, or any of the usual London weirdos for that matter, apart from the figure on the roof who is as wooden as the one on the right. Nice reportage Bill.
Excellent, Bill. I couldn't get a decent angle on either/both, you've got a superb take.
Mr Ernst on the right... Ms young on the left?
It had me thinking for a moment or so Bill - love it!
Can I have MORE I hear ....call me Oliver , very good angle, lots of interest well captured.
I wonder what you have to do in the city to get put up the pole? Great work with the camera here Bill, straight uprights in a difficult situation it seems.
Wonderful title, well seen and well accomplished difficult shot, Bill!
I don't think they are really poles apart here Bill.
The guy could pop into the bar,
while the girl could pop into the bra thingy.
And in her case, that certainly keeps everything neatly tucked in and together !!
quite like this...
I never saw the man when I went down there. This is a great view of them both. Love the title too.
Strange to have a bar that sells bras...but everything else is so well observed Bill. It pays to stand back and take in the whole scene. before pressing the shutter.
I like your angle of attack. You see the man and then the name of the bar is almost like an instruction telling you there is more in the picture. It's then you spot the woman on top of the building, or at least thats where she looks like she is.
Greaty image, well spotted and taken Bill.
LOL...VERY well spotted and composed, Bill.
One day those poles might turn.
He'll go, "Where were you all my life?"
She'll go, "There was 'more' between us than you thought."
Well, if you will stand atop a pole . . .
Very well seen.
An excellent angle for this Bill, love it! Like Chilli's comment too
Super interesting image.
Took me a few seconds to see the woman left of shot, then realised what a nifty piece of work this is Bill. Great title.
Really great composition.. Lots o narrative. & great title.. Like this
Excellent imnage, well seen and well taken.
I don't know London very well Bill . I wonder where you were standing to get such a good view. You had your lens at its widest setting & managed to get everything in so well . Love the title . Wonder how famous you have to be to sent Up the pole xx
Thoughtfully put together Bill - Like it lots
Awwww, this is brilliant!
