Love this one Bill, great use of dof and that blurry, energy filled scene in the background adds perfect context to the beach tractor. Good RAS shot too.

You can hear the squealing of children and the soft lapping of the sea against the sand. A time to dream and think of rusting tractors.

Great depth of field here, Bill, just enough detail in the background to show its setting, and it really stands out well...a fine specimen of rust, too, for Mikbee! Wink

So nice to see it is the rust in focus here Bill.
Good call with relegating the people to ''Mr Blobby's'' !!
Good shot.

Very clever, Bill. The rusty exhaust is pin sharp but the focus of attention is the out of focus beach scene - it creates an excellent dynamic stress in the image... as well as 'doing me mince pies in' Grin

The contrast between the sharp focus of the rusted part and the lovely comprehensibility and meaningfulness of the background blur makes this a unique shot and I love it!
