Georgian ironwork on the engine shed doors, Pockerley Waggonway, Beamish Museum.
lovely colours and detail...V2 just about grabs it
Nice detail, lovely shadows, but the most remarkable thing about hese images is that they were taken on a sunny day!
Striking compositions with the strong shadows, light and the rust adding so much to the overall images.
Good strong lines shadows and diagonals Bill.
Brilliant shot Bill, great textures and tones, love the shadows.
Like the textures and rust tones here Bill, well seen and V2 works the best for me
Well you got there at the right time that's for sure. Excellent shadows and lovely rich colours.
Looks like a tool box from the Spanish Inquisition, but I doubt it. The Rust Appreciation Society will love this Bill. Excellent colour in this.
Fine study of light and shade/shadows, tones and textures.
Both are excellent Bill. If I had to chose it would be version 2.
Shortly, wonderful work, Bill! I adore it, so well done in every aspect, compo, light, texture, shape and all!
Stunning comp and shadows.
V2 is a wonderfully composed shot. Great shadows and rust, almost poetic.
Nice captures of sunshine, shadows and rust here, Bill...think V2 has to be my fave
Both versions are good. Love the rusty colour...........Sandy
Like them both Bill same thing two angles and two very different pictures - the shadows are great addition and I think V1 is my favourite with the extra shadow
Good use of shadow...
I like them both. Strong colour, shadow and lines, a magic combination.
The shadows, the rust, the geometry, wonderful Bill.
Some magical shadows here Bill, but for me, it has to be V2, a stunning and imaginative image.
And the light is awesome!
V1 is my favourite. Wonderful colours & shapes in both versions.
How to make the best of Georgian ironwork. Brilliant.
Edinburgh is full of Georgian buildings Bill,
but I have neglected to study the ironwork in closer detail.
Something I intend to put right ASAP !!
Well lit and coloured shots.
(And I am delighted they are in colour too !!)
Excellent shot with some shadows ?
An excellent study Bill, both shots! Love the shadows, V1 for me - I like the blue/grey tones
Something very rare for me...can't decide which I prefer. Both are brilliant. FanTAStic light, shadow and colour.
And of course, compositions
Great eyes, Bill, and even greater execution.
It didn't take the epzers' long to latch onto this one Bill, the shadows, lines and rust are all excellent
excellent shadow & colours
What lovely sharp pictures. Do you do most of your work raw? I have only taken a few raw pictures and so am not used to it yet.
