Hi all, heres yet another shot of my favourite Robin, this time posing on an old cane rod with centre -pin reel. Its amazing what he,ll land on when tempted with a tub of live maggotts ( sneakilly hidden behind the reel LOL!!! ).

That's one of the best robin perches I have seen, just love these.
That`s a beauty cheesey, you must have the patience of a saint,what lens are you using for this type of a shot? You have some cracking birdy shots in your PF by the way, Just got the 300 f4 prime but it it is still not getting me close enough think this type of shot is in the 400-600 mm category and even then it would be useful to have an extender of some sort,failing that a hide and loads of patience.
