Episode 1911/07/2009 - 8:30 PM
Things seem to be moving forwards at the moment albeit slowly. On Wednesday Ruby and I travelled to Gravesend to do a test shoot with a lovely young model called Chelsea. Despite the weather being a bit dull Chelsea did extremely well. It was her first shoot and I'll be posting a few photos so you can judge for yourself. I think she has massive potential. I hope to do additional shoots with her in the future to document her progress as a model.
Not sure whether I mentioned it in the last episode but I have now joined a photography studio. Ruby and I will be doing fully styled portfolio development shoots from September onwards.
My wife Jean is getting excited about the prospect of doing some fashion designs for home-studio art shoots later in the year. We've been accumulating outfits, props and goodness knows what else for these set-based shoots for years.
On the project front I'm having a serious rethink. Long term projects were always going to be tricky and I'm on the verge of abandonning the Fantasy Art Project for the second time. Third time lucky? A new project will likely replace it for the next two years.
Shoots coming up with Holly, Love and another new model, Nicola.
