a beautiful portrait, but the big writing on the image is a bit distraction and it tends to catch the eyes very easily, may be, you could have written it in a small size, you may have used an off camera flash for this shot (but it is only my guess) and you have not adjusted the white balance accordingly, it is evident from the fact that a slight bluish cast is visible at the background as well as on the dress and some part of the skin, otherwise i like the composition and the placement of the subject, but it would have been even better if you had placed one eye at the intersection according to the golden rule,

This is a picture of a logo with a girl in the background. WHY?

I've seen some images ruined by logos in this section, but this beats all.

The picture is reasonable, but very heavy and over contrasy with blocked up shadows. Blue cast too - possibly you were trying for the different fashion type of image, but a bit over blue I think. Not sure I like the rhs composition although it does grow on you.

Have to agree with the previous comments - it's an impressive portrait totally ruined by the huge logo.
