My favourite kind of bug, all decked out in retro details..
Beautiful colours and lighting, nice composition. Love the car too
beautiful shot. the colour saturation and composition is very artistic.
Sweet dude! The ride and the shot! Lovin' those saturated colours...
Nice close detail and colour, good composition. Well done.
Cheers guys. I've looked at this again, and have spotted two fairly messy areas:
a) lower part of sky is slightly patchy, and will need cloning/blending..
b) I cloned some grass, and have spotted an annoying area that's been duplicated..
Back to the drawing board on this one..
Well now that you mention the grass, I see what you mean - but this is a tiny detail. Doesn't spoil the image for me. What's the big metal tube on the left for?
Hi Jim. The tube sticking out the window is an odd contraption called a 'Swamp Cooler'. It's a period piece, used in hot/humid climates. Air gets sucked into the front, and channeled inside through straw and water, and makes the air cool, funneling it into the car (the window is slightly wound down.)
great image, love the colour saturation
Great shot! The angle is great and the saturation is spot on!
Aaah - learn something new every day and all that. Must do wonders for the fuel consumption .
nice one mate,
i love all the details too.
especially the fog lamps and the moon (deodoriser?) thing hanging off the mirror.
