V1 for me. Interesting and nicely composed and executed. Mono conversion good and removing the green and blue that dominate in the colour version allows the viewer to soak in the detail of the scene.

Cloud detail and reflections in the water are lovely and the people milling around give scale.

V1 for me, the B&W conversion and processing used makes this an excellent image. Where as the colour version just seems bland in comparison.
