Critique wanted really - I know that the positioning of the arms isn't the best, but it was a moment where they were all sitting still, looking at the camera and smiling!

Good eye contact from all three you had to press the button for this. Good lighting too - might be worth darkening the arms slight to make the faces the draw for your eyes.
