Gorgeous sky, and a good lead in with the groynes. The top right of the image is very dark however, and the groynes are barely visible. This of course may be deliberate, but that combined with the vignette top right adds up to a distraction for me. A square crop might however sort that.
Still a very moody and evocative image.
