Like the tones and light in this Derek,
For me the skin in places has a little too much sharpening especially around under the eyes and between the eye brows. Much be worth another look - just a suggestion.

I always appreciate some help Richard.
I have done another version which is a bit softer but in the end preferred this slightly 'grittier' look. Will probably go back and take a look at something in between.

It has that gritty effect Derek, I would may be with Richards suggestion just sharpen around the eyes, it's those that are drawing you in.
