I can see why you want her to stand out, but you have not been very specific in your use of selective colour? The two guys talking in the background really stand out for this reason, plus one has writing on a camera strap. Cloning that would stop it drawing the eye. I guess the subject, which was well seen, is the two foreground women - but the background is really sharper than you want. Perhaps if they were both colour and everything else b&w?
I have done a mod which only entailed a bit of blurring in PS just to emphasise the two people at the front.
Hope you like it.
PS. Does the one on the right work for hammer films. LOL.
Graham.
Well Ian, the expressions you have caught here are marvellous with the lady on the left looking slightly bemused. The shot itself is really good I am not so sure about the colour popping though. I guess you were just trying something different but I think it would work better to have the 2 main characters selectively coloured to make them stand out. I have offered a mod where I have just selected the girl on the right for colour treatment. Great work!

V1 is best, and I can see why people like it. I'm not sure what I think - you have done a good job in general, but I don't like her expression - it un-nerves me. I also find the crowd behind a little distracting although, other than a little less depth of field, you could hardly clear them away.
