I like the treatment you've given it, but a shame the modern lamp is in shot - if I were to print this image I think I would clone it out. Smile

Hi Johnathon,
Rather good isn't it?
I have to agree with Karen though re. the light and I think too, that I'd fill in the bottom corner, or crop the RHS.
Also, although it doesn't bother most people, someone will very likely want you to remove your name from your image.
Hope this helps.

II have the name because people could easily copy and paste your image also the image is resised i do however have copies without it so if they want to use it they email me

Hi Johnathon,
I understand why your name is there but some people on here believe, rightly or wrongly, that names should be removed.
Personally, I'm not concerned by it. It's your image, it's entirely subjective and you can do with it as you wish but you also need to be aware that those same people that you think might steal your image can remove the name, leaving the image looking as if it had never been there.
I could do it in seconds.

There has been much discussion about logos on images and as Bren says, they are easily removed. Discussion also raised, should it be stolen and used, are you prepared to spend £250.00 per hour in attempting to be paid a fee of perhaps £15.00?

I feel all EPZ images are better appreciated when presented as most members do, without the added text within the critique gallery in particular where you have asked the question 'how can I make the image better'.

The image itself does show some promise, but thought needs to be applied when considering the content, as per two comments above.

Frank
