And yet another shot from Stanage Edge, but it is a lovely place.

Trying to emphasize the wind blowing up the edge with those clouds, it certainly does blow the cobwebs away.

Beautifully composed moorland shot with the light quality and direction adding so much. Very well detailed and interesting f/g, and the dark rocks in the immediate f/g balance so well with the darker upper clouds.

Everyhing's great with the original for me except the sun which drags you eye straight to it, but I can see why you wanted to get the sky.
Interestingly it makes quite a good comp if you crop it square from the bottom and remove the sun altogether.
