a very original concept in a way and not many would have shot the theme in this way.. it was important to keep both the girl and the lamp in equal importance and this image does the same, by keeping both the things equal in beauty.. a very engaging image and the way everything has been done in this as well as past images, evoking such emotions, creating such themes, without leaving an iota of beauty is truly exceptional.. no doubt the photographer is living inside a wonderland..
she is sleeping.. dosnt it say, 'protector of the light is night.'just a wild guess..
Absolutely beautiful! Love this!
A beautiful image, very well light. I do wonder if the lantern had a little twist on it how the light would have appeared on the girl's face.
That said this is a very nice and well thought out image.
Like the expression and use of the lamp and I was puzzled by the reflection in the lamp but then realised it was the girls hand and background.
A beautiful, enchanting, haunting image which invites the viewer to create their own narrative.
The only slight misgiving I have is with the reflection of the flame on the tip of her nose. It can't be avoided, of course, and in any case it's a very small misgiving.
A shining example of creative photography, keeping it simple.
Nice bokeh, and a clever use of props.
Lovely image, very well done!
Hi Ian...thank you for your opinion, but for me....that particular light on tip of her nose makes the picture...it is very easy to get red of it...but it wouldn't be the same Thanks again !!
Thank you very much all !! I appreciate it.......thank you for your awards !! Have a nice day, Zaneta
