Originally, a really dull, flat and uninspiring image (on yet another day of dull, flat light!) that I very nearly deleted! However, I really liked the composition of the breakwater boulders and kept going back to it. I'm glad I didn't delete it as I think the painterly effect has brought considerably more interest to a very simplistic image. Taken on a brief foray with a new digital EOS but surprisingly, I didn't like the handling of it (a 450D) nearly as much as my original (film) EOS 300! I didn't therefore keep a record of s/s, ap or lens!
