Terms and Conditions

Thank you for considering the Magezine Publishing Affiliate program. By using the affiliate program, you automatically agree to the following terms.

This is an agreement between you "YOU" and Magezine Publishing Ltd "MPL". In becoming an affiliate YOU agree to abide by the terms below.

To participate in the MPL Affiliate program your website must not promote violence, discrimination, contain sexually explicit material or be of a nature that could harm the reputation of MPL. All applicants are subject to review and we reserve the right to refuse or terminate the program at any time should your site be deemed unsuitable.

Once YOU are accepted on the MPL Affiliate program YOU will be shown how to create a unique link for YOU to track referrals generated. YOU can link to our products using any of the methods described below:

  • From your own website
  • To friends via instant messenger programs, such as ICQ or MSN

The following linking methods are NOT permitted:

  • Sending un-solicited e-mails containing MPL links
  • Using the links anywhere on any MPL website
  • Starting topics on other websites to include your affiliate links

YOU must use the suggested methods of linking to be sure of correct tracking and payment. We will not be liable for any missing payments caused by incorrect linking.

YOU are responsible for the correct wording to describe products that YOU are linking to and we reserve the right to request changes to any wording. If the requested changes are not made we reserve the right to terminate this agreement.

YOU may earn referral fees by promoting MPL products in personal e-mail messages or opt-in newsletters, but YOU must not send email messages to recipients who YOU do not know personally unless the recipient has specifically opted-in to receive such messages.

Anyone violating our anti-spam policy will be removed from the program and any outstanding fees will be forfeited.

We will process orders placed by customers who follow the dedicated links from your site to the MPL products. All links will be tracked from your site to ours and YOU will be able to access reports summarising sales activity.

Referral fees

MPL will pay referral fees for any plus memberships and renewals that we sell through this program and will continue to do so while ever the customer YOU have referred to us is our customer. When YOU refer a person to us, a cookie is set on their computer with a one year expiry date. If they then register, their account is permanently marked with your unique ID so, should they sign up to plus, we know to credit you for their referral and future renewals.

The fee structure is as follows:

plus membership: 10% of every plus signup/renewal.

We have created graphics that YOU must use on your website to show that YOU are member of our affiliate program. We may occasionally modify these and will request YOU update to new versions as and when necessary. We will permit YOU non-exclusive, revocable right to use the graphics solely for use to promote this program and assist product sales. YOU have no right to modify these images except to resize.

Payment Terms

We pay commission on a quarterly basis by PAYPAL or by BACS. If referral fees are less than 20 for the quarter, we will transfer the accrued fees on to the next quarter. Payment of fees will only be made when 20 is made or exceeded. We will automatically notify you when a payment is due to arrange your preferred payment process.

Product prices may vary from time to time. Some may be discontinued and new ones may be added. We will keep YOU informed using an email newsletter and details will appear in the terms & conditions.
