Steiner BluHorizons binoculars

Intro2020 is now distributing Steiner BluHorizons binoculars in the UK and Ireland and they're available in two versions: 8x22 and 10x26.

Steiner BluHorizons are unique and the only binoculars to use lenses with photochromatic coatings that automatically adapt to ambient light. Autobright, as Steiner calls this technology, allows the binoculars to transmit the ideal amount of light, for the best viewing experience. The benefits of the new technology are maximised when the sun is low or reflected from snow or water.

The Steiner BluHorizons binoculars are available in two models, with a choice of magnification and light output. The 8x22 version weighs 300g and will fit into a pocket/bag while the 10x26 model weighs 310g and provide stronger magnification and brightness.

Both models use Steiner’s high-speed focusing system and feature ergonomic eyepieces made of skin-friendly silicone protect your eyes from light, reflections and wind. Thanks to the textured rubber armouring, the binoculars are comfortable to handle and remain firmly in your hand. They are also resistant to use
in a very wide temperature range: -20 °C to +70 °C.

Price and availability:
The Steiner BluHorizons binoculars, which come with a removable neck strap and a neoprene pouch case, will be available early July with the following suggested retail prices:

  • Steiner BluHorizons 8x22: £189.99
