The Fujifilm Student Awards 2015 are now open for entries. The brief is Reflections – film and Instax, an added twist for the 2015 awards.
The Instax part of the brief is open to everyone. This is a move that the organiser’s hope will lead to a surge of imaginative submissions, and include the ever-increasing popularity of ‘instant photography.’
Both Instax and film submissions are welcome from all UK students, not just those undertaking courses involving photography. All images must be taken on Fujifilm film or on a Fujifilm Instax camera using Fujifilm Instax film. Images can be submitted via the Fujifilm Student Awards website. Entry is free and participants can enter as many photographs as they wish.
The overall Student (film) winner will be named the Fujifilm Student Photographer of the Year 2015. The winner will also be presented with £200 worth of film from Fujifilm, a professionally produced folio of prints, a one-to-one printing/consultancy session with one of Metroprint's top printers and £100 worth of books from Focal Press.
