Nikon has announced 4 new Coolpix cameras, compatible with Nikon's new SnapBridge app.

Nikon has announced 4 new Coolpix cameras compatible with SnapBridge. the new Nikon app which allows a constant and automatic connection between the camera and your smart device. 

The Coolpix B700 boasts legendary NIKKOR optics in a 60x optical zoom Super ED glass lens – extendable to 120x Dynamic Fine Zoom – making it easy to shoot faraway subjects like the moon, wildlife, or fast action sports in crisp detail. 4K UHD/30p movies will future-proof footage, plus shooting RAW (NRW) enables high-quality photo-finishing. The 20.3-megapixel super-zoom camera features a High-performance autofocus (AF) system for precision shooting, with 5-stop Dual Detect Optical VR (Vibration Reduction) and Side zoom control to minimise camera shake. Frame shots with a choice of built-in electronic viewfinder or 7.5 cm/3-in vari-angle LCD monitor – both boasting 921k dot resolution for creative composition from any angle – and share images instantly with the SnapBridge app.

Is there a replacement coming for the Nikon Coolpix P900 as the B700 seems a bit of a side step, some things are improved but a lot have not:

F3.3 vs F2.8

60x vs 83x

ISO3200 vs ISO6400

5fps vs 7fps
