Here's how David Pritchard used the Tamron 18-270mm f/3.5-6.3 Di VC PZD lens to produce great landscapes.

Landscapes are a popular photographic subject and they played a big part in ePHOTOzine member David Pritchard's 365-day road test of the Tamron 18-270mm f/3.5-6.3 Di VC PZD lens. here are five of the top landscape he captured during his challenge and a little information about each of the shots.
This is the last of the Wentworth Follies, four local monuments of some prominence. This is probably the most impressive of the four, and I think it’s really unfortunate that it's the only one which can’t be accessed during the golden hours.
My group and I came across these hardy cows while walking along Curbar Edge. One of them got a bit shirty, probably as we were one of a large number of walkers up there. I was hoping to have a shot of an adder to show you, but unfortunately it slithered off as the rest of my group passed by.
I like the convergence of all of the lines in this shot; the flow of the cloud, the power lines and the tracks in the crops. While I was shooting this one, my partner shouted "RAT!" from the comfort of the car, apparently concerned that the dog-sized rodent she saw was going to drag me into the undergrowth!
We took a walk through the grounds of Roche Abbey and all the rain that fell had quite an impact on this small waterfall, which was deafening to listen to! This is a four shot stitch taken at the wide end of the lens.

One from Rotherham’s Clifton Park. The gardens there are really well tended to, and it’s a lovely place for a walk, even on an overcast day.
