Lexar, who relaunched their brand back in August, has just announced a brand-new microSDXC memory card that has 512GB of storage and is A2 compatible which means smartphone apps can be run directly from the memory card without lag.
As well as meeting the Application Performance Class 2 (A2) requirements from the latest SD Association’s 6.0 specifications, the 512GB Lexar High-Performance 633x microSDXC UHS-I card is, currently, the largest capacity A2 microSD card on the market and offers a write speed of 2000 IOPS and a minimum read speed of 4000 IOPS. The new card is also speed rated at Class 10 and offers transfer speeds of up to 100MB/s (633x)
The 512GB Lexar High-Performance 633x microSDXC UHS-I card will be available from late-October priced at €259.99.
