The ND1000/1024 (10 F-stops) X-Stopper is a new ND filter from 84.5mm Camera Filters that provides a 10-stop reduction in exposure, extending a 1/15sec exposure to 1 minute.
This makes the filter great for shooting ghost-like blur effects on water and clouds in daylight, while static objects remain sharp.
