A Beautiful Capture Of Llyn Padarn Lake Has Won Our 'Photo Of The Week' Title

A sunrise landscape captured in North Wales that's full of beautiful colours and plenty of interest has won ePHOTOzine's 'Photo of the Week' (POTW) accolade. 

When you have a lake, beautiful surroundings, a single tree and a cracking sunrise bursting with colour you know you're onto a landscape winner and site member J_Tom has done exactly that with his capture titled 'Llyn Padarn Lake, Llanberis North Wales'.

The sharpness and clarity from the tree in front right through to the mountains in the background is superb as is the perfect reflection of the land in the lake. The foreground detail pulls you into the image, guiding the eye to the back of the shot where the beautiful light grasps your attention. The composition is excellent as are the colours in the sky which are inviting and, quite simply, just lovely to look at. 

We love this shot of Llyn Padarn Lake. In fact, it's really made us want to visit with our cameras!
