A Brilliant Photo Of An Osprey In The Cairngorms Has Won 'Photo Of The Week' Title

ePHOTOzine's 'Photo of the Week' (POTW) award has been won by KevR who's captured a beautiful Osprey taking off from water with its fish super. 

'Getting airborne' is a brilliant example of wildlife/nature photography that's full of action and power. We love the splashes that are frozen in time as the bird of prey grasps and takes off with the trout it's caught. The Osprey's eye is pin-sharp with the feathers full of detail, too, and the bokeh background helps this magnificent bird 'pop' from the frame. 

It's simply a superb shot that's well-worthy of our POTW title.
