 'Passing Storm'

A black and white landscape of the Old Man Of Storr in Scotland has been chosen as ePHOTOzine's 'Photo of the Week'.

Titled 'Passing Storm', the photo was captured by Legend147 and it really shows how stripping colour away from a photograph really makes shape, form and texture take centre-stage. We love the drama the shadows and highlights combined with the in-coming storm clouds create. Plus, the scene almost looks other-worldly with the famous rock formations and surrounding hills looking like craters and shapes you'd find in a sci-fi film.

It's a beautiful part of the world and this photograph captures it perfectly - lovely work Andy.
