Aaduki Multimedia Insurance has announced a new amateur product to be underwritten by Amlin one of the leading Insurers based at Lloyds of London. The new Scheme will be specifically for amateur photographers who wish to insure their equipment on a bespoke policy basis.

Nik Stewert, National Marketing Manager of Aaduki said, “We have been in discussion with different insurers to launch a new amateur policy that we believe will be a cost effective solution to providing cover for enthusiasts which will ensure they do not have to alter their household policies. This product is available from our offices and to purchase online 24 hours a day from the Aaduki website.

Stephen Parker, Commercial Director at Amlin said,“We have been looking to write business in the amateur photographic market and this policy developed with Aaduki represents an excellent step forward for us and to providing good value insurance to consumers in this time of economic uncertainty.

The amateur policy will automatically include for travel abroad and cover will be provided for theft from unattended vehicles subject to the policy terms. A quote indocator and policy details as well as the facility to purchase online are available from the Aaduki website.

Amlin is a specialist insurance and reinsurance underwriting group listed on the London Stock Exchange. They are also syndicate 2001 at Lloyds of London.
