Adobe Photoshop Elements 15 has been announced and with it comes new facial feature adjustment tools, smart tags and a new search feature.

Adobe has introduced a new version of Elements that makes it easier to adjust portraits, search within the software and more.
What's New?
Users of Adobe Elements 15 can now search across various sections such as events, folders, date, place, people, tags etc. and you can also use the search feature to find information what tools you need to know more about. This natural language search allows you to type something such as: "how to trim my photos" and it will know that you want to know how to crop photos, even though you didn't use the correct terminology ('crop') for this. Elements Live! has also been updated to include the same natural language search feature.

'Smart Tagging' is a new feature that automatically recognises what's in your photo and tags it accordingly and 'Adjust Facial Features' makes it easy to adjust a person's smile, eyes, nose and also the face as a whole.
In the 'guided editing mode' there are 45 guided edits and this includes 5 new ones: Photo Text, Framed / Effects collage feature, Speed pan, Painterly and Frame maker.

More Features
Other features of Elements include keyword tagging in the Organiser, an instant fix option that works in batch mode as well as single photo mode, plus those with touch-enabled laptops can use it. There's also a 'before and after' preview available when working with instant fix. Those who don't want to spend too much time on photo edits can use the 'quick edit mode' while the 'expert editing mode' offers for more tools and options.
There are 99 built-in filters found in the Artistic filters section and the Filters Gallery is still included, although Filter Panel is set as default. Elements 15 also still has the 'haze remove' feature introduced last year to Elements 14 and it comes with the latest version of Adobe Camera RAW.

Adobe Elements 15 is priced at $99 and can be purchased as a standalone product. Those with Elements 14 can upgrade for $79.
