The School of Photography are making it their mission to show you that can still take great pictures with a cheap, basic camera.

You've probably heard the saying 'all the gear, no idea' which refers to those who think they need every piece of kit, and usually the most expensive kit at that, to take great photos but The School of Photography are here to bust that myth with their latest tutorial.
"Knowledge is power and in this tutorial, I am going to be using a £150 second-hand camera with a standard kit lens (Canon 1200D) and a £20 reflector to show to you that you can still take great pictures with a cheap, basic camera," The School of Photography.
This video is all about the 'idea and no gear' so you can learn that it's how you use the camera rather than what the camera is that will make a big difference to how your photos look.
Learn about composition, using lines, focal length choices, using different heights, post-processing, shutter speed choices and more (you may need a notebook). Plus, The School of Photography's free Lightroom Presets are used in the final image which you can download from their website.
