BenQ has launched a new 27" monitor designed to be used by those who regularly edit photos and video.

The BenQ PV270 has an Adobe RGB coverage that encompasses most of the colours producible for photography, whereas the Rec. 709 coverage and the DCI-P3 colour gamut is crucial for video post-production work. The display includes brightness uniformity while the 2560 x 1440 (QHD) resolution delivers excellent picture quality.

With a 14-bit 3D Look Up Table, professionals are able to display the most accurate colour mixture. It also improves the RGB colour blending accuracy, resulting in better colour and grey tone reproduction.
