The Blackmagicdesign Cinema Camera is a new digital cinema camera with a Four Thirds sized sensor, and EF or Micro Four Thirds lens mount. It's shown here with the EF lens mount, and Carl Zeiss lens. The camera is available from $2999.
The camera offers 13 stops of dynamic range, 2.5K video recording (1080p is also available), 5 inch capacitive LCD touchscreen, SSD slot for recording directly to solid state disk. Connections available include microphone sockets, headphone, remote, flash, power, and SDI out.
