See the new Canon EOS-1D X Mark II at Park Cameras with professional photographer Andy Rouse.
| Canon EOS 1D X Mark II in EventsPark Cameras have teamed up with professional wildlife and aviation photographer Andy Rouse to be able to show them the hotly anticipated Canon EOS-1D X Mark II.
Park Cameras will be hosting two dates showcasing the Canon EOS-1D X Mark II – at their Burgess Hill store on Thursday 17th March, and then on Thursday 31st March at their store in Central London. Andy will explain to you the benefits that the flagship camera in the Canon DSLR range can bring to you in your photography, and the variety of new features available.
As a highly talented photographer, Andy Rouse has been in the trusted position as a Canon Explorer for a number years, and as such as been able to use his experience and passion for photography to test out the EOS-1D X Mark II, feeding back information, and test shots / videos back to Canon Europe to assist with the development of the product. You’ll be able to see some of the shots that he has taken using the camera, as well as some of the 4K footage. There is therefore, no-one better to guide you through the camera, and to inspire your photography.
At the event, Park Cameras will also have an EOS-1D X Mark II so that you can get a feel of what the camera will be like, months before it is released for purchase (due to be May 2016), making it one of the first times that members of the public will actually be able to get hands-on with the camera.
On the day we’ll also have a range of special offers on a range of Canon products to take advantage of, and if you choose to place a pre-order for the EOS-1D X Mark II you’ll be entered into a prize draw to win a Wildlife Weekend with Andy Rouse.
In addition to this, a technical expert from Canon UK will be on-hand to assist Andy with any questions you might have about the camera, or the range of Canon lenses / accessories that are available.
Chris Reszke, store manager at Park Cameras in Burgess Hill said “We’re really excited to be one of the first in the UK to have the 1D X II physically in the store for people to come and look at, and delighted that with Andy Rouse coming to join the event, we’ll have someone who has been really intimate with the camera over the last few months – if he doesn’t know the answer to a question you’ve got about the camera, I don’t know who will!”
Places are limited at this free event, and Park Cameras have a range of different time slots for you to choose from. For full details and to book your free space visit the Park Cameras website.
