The Canon EOS 2000D is an upgrade to the 1300D, with a 24mp sensor, ISO100-6400 (extends to ISO12800) and a DIGIC 4+ processor. The camera features a 3inch screen, 3fps continuous shooting, and 9 AF points. FullHD video recording is included. There is built-in Wi-Fi and NFC. The Canon EOS 2000D is priced at £369 body only.

Canon EOS 2000D Features

The Canon EOS 2000D upgrades the 1300D with a 24mp APS-C CMOS sensor. The rest of the features and specifications match almost identically, so if you want to save money, then the 1300D's price of £279 body makes it particularly good value for money, especially if you don't mine that it "only" has 18 megapixels.

We spent some time shooting with the Canon EOS 2000D. Focus was quick, using the standard focusing method. Unfortunately live-view focus seemed slow, as the camera does not have dual-pixel AF.
