Better battery life, 4K recording

The Canon EOS 250D improves on the EOS 200D released back in 2017 with the added 4K video, eye detect AF (when using dual pixel AF) and an improved battery life.

Available in three colours - silver/tan, white and black, Canon say the camera is a great gateway into interchangeable lens photography for families looking for a step up from smartphone photographs. 

The EOS 250D features a 24.1-megapixel dual pixel CMOS APS-C sensor along with super responsive autofocus, and excellent connectivity to smart devices. 4K movie recording, 4K timelapse and 4K frame grabs are possible. 

There's a guided user interface providing useful hints and tips for beginners and Canon creative assist gives access to a variety of effects including filters and colour adjustment tools in camera.
