Canon have announced the SELPHY Square QX10, a portable hand-held printer which prints square instant images.

Canon has announced a new compact and portable instant printer, which prints 2.7-inch square instant photos.
The SELPHY Square QX10 features Wi-Fi connectivity, to easily access photos on your smartphone and print with ease. Photos feature a peel-and-stick back and have a bordered edge for adding hand-written captions.
The printer uses Canon XS-20L square format photo paper, and takes 43 seconds to print a dry, high-quality image using dye sublimation for a high quality and fade free finish.
The printer will be available in black, white, pink and green, and scanning the QR code on the printer with a smart device will connect the printer to the SELPHY Photo Layout app, allowing users to access their picture library and add creative touches.
The SELPHY Square QX10 will be available at £139.99 and a 20 pack of XS-20L square format photo paper will be available for £14.99, from March 2020.
Canon also makes a desktop SELPHY printer, the CP1300, available for £119*.
