Purchasers of the Canon EOS 20D and EOD 350D will find a voucher booklet in their new camera box listing the lenses, accessories and printer available, and their cash back values. Vouchers may be redeemed by sending a copy of the proof of purchase of the accessory , along with the barcode, relevant voucher, and completed Canon Extra Promotion application form to the Canon Promotion Centre. The application form and further details of the Canon Extra Promotion cash back offer are available online at www.canonextrapromotion.com. Reimbursement can be made by cheque, or directly into the customers bank account (cheque reimbursement only possible for UK/Spain/Germany and France) .
