Canon's 18mp EOS 4000D Digital SLR can be bought for just £222 body only from Amazon UK*  

"The Canon EOS 4000D is Canon's new entry-level DSLR, sitting at the bottom of the range, designed to offer student photographers, or those on a budget, an affordable Digital SLR. The 4000D features an 18 megapixel APS-C CMOS sensor, and built-in Wi-Fi for transferring photos."

The Canon EOS 2000D is an update to the Canon EOS 1300D, with the 2000D now featuring a 24mp APS-C CMOS sensor. There's built-in Wi-Fi and NFC as well as a number of scene modes and effects.
