Crumpler Triple A Camera Cube S

The Crumpler Triple A Camera Cube S is designed to hold a small DSLR or mirrorless CSC camera with a small lens as well as a spare battery and memory cards. It's available in green, black, navy or red for around £38

The Camera Cube S features one zipped opening which when undone gives access to the camera compartment which is padded and lined with soft material. There's a removable velcro divider which supports the camera and also creates a space under the handle for a spare battery or another small accessory.

As well as the camera compartment the zipped flap also gives access to an elasticated mesh pocket, and a zipped mesh pocket on the rear of the flap.

The rear of the bag is entirely covered in padded mesh for comfort. There's also a carry handle. An adjustable shoulder strap is attached at either side of the bag.

Key Features

  • Fits a small DSLR or mirrorless camera
  • Adjustable shoulder strap
  • Waterproof 600D nylon outer
  • Two mesh pockets for accessories

The bag feels comfy when worn - it's really light and with a camera inside, the back padding is a nice touch. The adjustable camera strap means that you can easily wear the bag on one shoulder or across the body.

The U-shaped flap opens away from you as you're wearing it for security, plus this allows you to easily see and access the mesh pockets. The camera compartment is well padded and features a soft, non-scratch material. The bag is the ideal size for carrying one camera and lens, plus the shape means it could also be stowed into a larger rucksack for travel if necessary. It's a basic, yet effective design.

Value For Money

The Triple A Camera Cube S is available for around £38 on Amazon, depending on the colour. The bag provides a well-padded home for your camera and the padding on the back helps with comfort.

It's a basic design on the outside, with some nice additional features on the inside like the zipped mesh pocket on the flap. The movable divider in the camera compartment is a nice touch allowing for different camera setups.

Crumpler Triple A Camera Cube S Pros

  • Comfy
  • Ergonomically designed
  • Zipped internal pocket

Crumpler Triple A Camera Cube S Cons

  • No protective layer on the bottom
  • No shoulder pad
