Custom Brackets Nodal Slide
The Nodal Slide is used to position a lens so that its “nodal point” is over the center of rotation on a panoramic or ball head. It can also be used to mount a camera directly onto a “gimbal head” (used as a perpendicular plate).

The Nodal Slide makes it possible for you to adjust your camera's position, front to back, to position the lens nodal point over the centre of rotation for accurately stitched panoramic images.

  • Double dovetail for added versatility
  • Precision machined aluminium
  • Compatible with Arca Swiss, Acratech, Kirk, Arca, R.R.S., and many other QR plates
  • Beautiful black anodized finish
  • Laser-engraved scale markings
The Custom Brackets Nodal Slide is priced at £82.80 including VAT. For more information please visit the Custom Brackets website.

The Manfrotto 454 Micro-plate equivalent is cheaper - and far more accurate as it has a micro-screw adjustment as well as a quick-release.

Rock On Mike.....Grin

Whenever I see the name Custom Brackets, I also see a price tag that is higher than it should be..!!!

As with many photographic accessories, They seem to believe Photographers have bottomless pockets, Or are so rich they don't care.....Smile

I hand make some of my add-ons and gadgets, Not because I'm mean....Wink

I just hate being ripped off.......!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
