The beautiful colours of a Kingfisher are always attention-grabbing but when these majestic birds are caught in full prey-hunting mode, the shots are even more fantastic.
ePz member Jamie_MacArthur captured this really strong image of a Kingfisher streamlined and ready to strike on the fish that's also been captured in the water below. The pastel bokeh background is also lovely and allows the Kingfisher to really pop from the frame, giving it an almost 3D feel. It's definitely different and we really like it.
