DxO FilmPack 3 Expert Performance
The software has been tested both as a standalone program and in Photoshop with both methods easy to use and allow batch processing. Below are example images using each of the films available. Every image is further editable, you can change the colour rendering intensity, basic settings (contrast, saturation, exposure), hue, saturation, lightness, noise removal (luminance and chrominance), film grain (intensity and size) and add a creative vignette (intensity, midpoint, roundness and transition). There are some custom examples at the bottom. These custom settings can be saved and easily applied to other photographs.DxO FilmPack 3 Expert Verdict
The DxO FilmPact 3 Expert software can be considered fairly expensive at £79.00, but similar software, such as Nik Software Color Efex Pro 4 is priced at $199, around £125. If you have a particular fondness for the effects capable when shooting with your old film camera, the FilmPack software is ideal to recreate the effects in your pictures.DxO FilmPack 3 Expert Pros
