Oh great something in London (again). Is no one aware there is a Middle and a top bit in England too?
You should try being stuck out in the wastelands of East Anglia

Great place to hold them, not! Costs a blasted fortune to get down & park or go on the train! How about the NEC next time!

Rant Over! Think I'll email Canon.

How about more than one venue so it's fair for whole UK.
I think it's only fair.

London has to suffer the indignity of a cash investment of tens of millions of pounds into its social and community infrastructures to support the Olympics so therefore it should have some recompense by hosting these three free Canon shows.
I didn't realise it was free to travel/stay in any other part of the country except London! Is food free outside of London too?

No - we tend not to use Salvation Army soup kitchens as a matter of need.

Perhaps londoners are more in need of help to get their Canon's to work properly Smile

Big fella my point was actually London gets a disproportionate amount of any event be it arts, photography, sport and it's not like it's even central.
Cry me a river. We don't get anything like this down in AFRICA. Smile

Are any of you able to access the Megatrain deals?
I've just checked, it would cost me only £4.50 to get from Weymouth to London this way. This is a fraction of the normal price.
Think I might just try to book up.

These shows tell you nothing that you can't learn from books, magazines or the internet. It's just advertising for Canon.

I'm sure that's very true but they can be quite motivational.
Each to his/her own.
I wish there was one in canada...
A really dumb question but should we be taking our camera with us?!?!?!

Take your camera for the day out in London. After the show you'll be inspired to use it!
Heh I live in London! So won't exactly be a day out as such!!!
