Photographic workshop specialists Image Seen will be giving photographers the chance to capture the very best coastal locations North Yorkshire has to offer on a three-day photographic workshop this April.
An area of great coastal scenery, the North Yorkshire coastline provides plenty of subject matter for some fabulous photography and Image Seen will be exploring these picturesque locations with a small group of photographers from 7 - 10 April 2016.
Some of the locations the Yorkshire Coastal Treasures workshop will visit include the historic fishing port of Whitby, with its dramatic abbey ruins, harbour and atmospheric streets, the pretty little fishing hamlet of Staithes, sweeping Robin Hoods Bay, the rock pools and fantastic formations at Saltwick Bay and the Victorian pier at Saltburn by the Sea.
Aside of the opportunities presented to work on your composition, use of filters and understanding of light and how it affects your images, there will also be plenty of chance to practice long exposures, making use of ND filters, and for some close-up work on the beaches. Also, let's not forget, Whitby is reputably home to Britain's best fish and chips!
You can find out more about the workshop, which is priced at £440, on the Image Seen website.
