Well thats Tamron for you. Produce a magazine for online consumption, only they have used double-spread images in their mag, which does not work in PDF format since most people read in a single page format, and even when you read in double page format, it treats the cover page as page 1, so double spreads are not joined together making it all look cheap, nasty and not well thought through.

Be sure to have a PDF reader that allows 'setting a cover page' so it aligns correctly, in a 2 page reading view.
Had the publisher realised who their audience is, we wouldn't all need to do this just for one mag.
