Sorry Fuji but your lenses make no regard for the nature photographer whose interests are only served by the 100-400 and the 80mm macro, until you can offer lenses like Nikon’s delightful 300mm f/4 and 500 f/5.6 many potential converts to your so far excellent system will remain elsewhere.

Strange comment! Look at the roadmap! Fuji has two nice zooms that meet your purpose both weather protected and who covers the range you are talking about (the XF 50-140mm F2.8 and the XF 100-400mm. Remember that this is APS-C and you have to multiply the focal length with 1,5 to make a comparison with FF. You do also have the FX200mm F2.0 (FF 300mm). It comes with a teleconverter that makes it to a 450mm F2.8 (FF equivalent). In the roadmap you do also have a "budget" XF70-300mm.

I have just invested in the Fuji FX system and I'm happy for that they will weather protect the XF 10-24mm F4!
