Gigwalk is a brand new startup company offering iPhone photographers payment for taking photos. iPhoneographers can receive payment from as little as $3 and up to $90 depending on the gig. For example, TomTom recently hired iPhoneographers to take photographs of specific streets and junctions that they needed clarifying. The more gigs the user completes the more gigs they are rewarded with. We would not suggest you give up your day job but this may go some way to paying your monthly cell phone tarrif. As this is a new startup the service is only currently operating in the following cities, Los Angeles, Miami, Boston, Chicago, San Francisco, Philadelphia and New York City but there are plans to expand.

To get started users need to download Gigwalk from the Apple App store, you can do that here: Gigwalk. The app is free and once you have downloaded it you need to enter your Paypal information, in order to receive payment. You will then be able to view gigs and receive tasks.
This is a great idea, firstly it saves companies huge revenue by cutting out an in-house photographer plus for the iPhoneographer it means money in the bank. If you are a representative of a company and would like to contract Gigwalk, click here: Gigwalk.
