Google Pixel And Pixel XL - The Best Smartphone Cameras. Ever.

Google has introduced two new smartphones, the Pixel and Pixel XL which they say are the best smartphone cameras ever, with a 12 megapixel sensor, f/2.0 lens, and electronic image stabilisation. Both phones feature a fingerprint sensor on the back, with the Pixel featuring a FullHD 5inch screen, and the Pixel XL featuring a QuadHD 5.5inch screen. The camera has scored a DxOMark Mobile score of 89, the highest score for any smartphone on DXOMark. 

Camera features include Smartburst, which takes a rapid-fire sequence of shots and automatically selects the best one. Lens Blur, gives you shallow depth of field and bokeh effects. There are also new exposure controls. Pixel owners will receive free unlimited storage for original quality photos and videos at full resolution in Google Photos.

The Pixel will be available for £599 sim-free with 32GB, or £719 for the Pixel XL with 32GB, which makes the phones the same price as the recently released Apple iPhone 7 and 7 Plus. The phones are available in "Very Silver", "Quite Black" and a limited edition for the U.S. only, "Really Blue".
